With an annual production capacity of around US $ 20 million, we at SAWALKA specialize in engineering & manufacturing light sheet metal components, assemblies & fabrication. We can also customize sheet metal components, bracket assemblies as per customers needs and specifications. Our quality products encompassing Window Frames, Sheet Metal Bracket, Doors/ Glass Channels, Manhole Cover, Pipe & Tubular Components, Steel Floor Drain Cover etc. Have found applications in various industries such as automobiles, medical equipment, construction etc.


At SAWALKA, we are constantly upgrading our technologies to improve our efficiency and to provide as much value addition to our customers. Being an ISO:9001 certified organization, we use various checks and measures to ensure that the right quality products reaches our customers at the right price. With qualified engineers and experts to handle their respective fields, we have a state of the art production unit with facilities like press shop, tool room, a welding line up and a polishing shop. In addition, we also have facilities for surface coating such as nickel-chrome plating, zinc electro galvanizing, aluminum anodizing, powder coating and paint shop. Besides, we also have adequate facilities to process effluent and treat waste generated by us including an effective ETP plant and Pollution control system.
