Calcutta Laminating Industries, a sole proprietorship Company, owned by Mr. C. L. Bhandari was established in 1974 for manufacturing Jute Bags of all types for packaging of commodities. The factories are located at Cossipore (8 Kms. From Calcutta, India) and Panihati (16 Kms. From Calcutta, India). Mr. C. L. Bhandari has been associated with Jute Packaging since 1956 and was in-charge of National Laminators, one of the oldest firms in Jute Bags manufacturing, outside the Jute Mills. He Left the Company in 1974 and started on his own. He is assisted by his two sons Mr. B. L. Bhandari & Mr. H. L. Bhandari, with very vast experience in packaging, we also specialise in solving packaging problems of customers.

Products :
We are manufacturers of Jute Bags of all types for packaging of commodities. LDPE / PP Extrusion Coated Jute Bag Ex. Bleached or Natural Fabric for packing rice, sugar and hygroscopic products. Jute Bag inserted loosely with LDPE / HDPE liner, liner sewn at top or cuffed, stitched at bottom for packing sugar. Jute Bag laminated with Paper / Plastic using asphalt or neutral colour odourless glue for bonding for packing potatoes, onion, chemicals and for covering steel products to protect against corrosion and rust. Foodgrade Jute Bags for packing products and commodities. Jute Box Bag with and without Lid for packing marine products, cotton staple fibres etc. Jute Jumbo bag of 500 Kgs. And 1000 Kgs. For packing chemicals, common carbon black, powder material etc. Jute Bag plain herakle sewn or chain stitched for packing various commodities in various dimensions and weight. Jute Bag sewn spirally herakle or chain stitch for packing cotton. Rotproof Jute Bags with or without tie string for sand packing. Plain sand bags of Jute with tie string. Fire retardant jute cloth, Bags for construction industry. Jute & Cotton shopping bags in various dimensions for gift, promotional supermarkets liquor companies, printed in various colour with self handle, draw string and tie string. PP / HDPE woven sandwich laminated with kraft paper with or without valve.
