JDS was incorporated in 1986, initially providing technical consultancy services and technology transfer to majors in coal, power and steel sectors.

In 1995 JDS went global and collaborated with German multinational ZEMAG GmbH in turnkey contracting in power/steel sector. Successfully executed the largest coal handling plant in India at Tamil Nadu Electricity Board in Southern India.

JDS has a thriving marketing agency department which represents companies from Germany, UK and USA in engineering products and services.

JDS has diversified into Software Development since 2003 and has worked in Japan for development of Telecom and Web Application software.

JDS now actively pursuing marketing of software projects in the fast growing global market.

JDS has developed its; own 28, 000 sq. Ft. Work center in the Salt Lake Software Development Zone, Kolkata, India.

JDS represents in India HKC Worldwide Electronic Company Ltd., a major Chinese manufacturer of Color Televisions, Mobile Phones, DVD, Special Home Theatre and Home Appliances for sales in the OEM sector. JDS has vast experience in promoting consumer electronic OEM products in India and has helped to develop sales to multimillion USD in two years time.
