Description :
We are pleased to introduce ourselves as manufacturers of Truheat Transformer oil filter machines. These are available in single and multi stages, with output capacity available from 250 LPH to 8000 LPH.
The plant specifically consists of Filter unit, indirect system of heating, dehydration unit, condensor, piping and valves and a centralized control panel for smooth operation
The whole unit with all key components are mounted on a chasis, with pneumatic or rubber tyred wheels for easy movement within Roads or substation. The unit has mechanical overrun brakes and towbar arrangement.
In specific cases where there is a requirement for high vacuum to be created at low temperatures, two or three stage of vacuum is created. Under such circumstances a Roots combination with a high vaccum pump can be used.
In certain cases where there is need for decreasing the acid contents, an Ionic reaction coloumn is provided complete with first fill of high neutralizing chemicals.
In addition to the above, the following special features can be incorporated in the plant on specific requst: Alarm annunciatorss, moisture content meter, gas content meter, digital electronice measuring instruments, oil flow meter.
