Description :
The Inspection Bench is an essential equipment for any tea garden or workshop where CTC Rollers are sharpened. It permits easy inspection of CTC Rollers for proper meshing with each other which is very essential for quality CTC tea production.
The machine is very rigid in construction and enables inspection of rollers from 6" Dia to 24" length to 48" length.
The Rollers are mounted on Ball Bearings permitting easy rotation. Provision is also made for sideways adjustment of only one roller to facilitate meshing.
The lead screws are fitted with bevel gears and are provided to give easy and smooth adjustment for various roller lenghts.
A tube light is mounted inside the body chamber and this throws up light through the two rollers and by looking down the above, any flaw in chasing can be easily detected.
